CVSpro creates drawing files that can be printed and viewed within the program, and industry-standard DXF files which can be inserted into CAD systems including AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT (among others).
Once the drawings are imported into a CAD program, it is as if the drawings were created line by line – in other words, they can be easily edited and enhanced using the familiar features of the CAD package. SAVE & REUSE UNLIMITED NUMBER OF “CLIENTS” (FABRICATOR SETUPS)
CVSpro8 lets users create and save an unlimited number of “clients” (typically fabricators). Jobs are tied to a client. Client files contain such things as user-definable Bill of Material layouts, standard piecemarking systems, dimensioning standards, cost codes, and other areas that are usually fabricator-driven. When members are “built” into detail drawings, CVSpro8 uses the client information in determining how to detail them.
